Seraph's Last Will and Testament

If you are reading this then I have been either defeated or have taken my own life in the name of others. these past recent events that have taken place were not of my own doing. As many of you know i harbored the Demon spirit of Yamato no Orochi. I have killed many under his influence and have made countless families suffer. For this I live now a forsaken life I am now a fallen angel. I will abandon this village as i am not fit to rule or protect it. I may not set foot in this village as an ally only as an observer. It is my wish that a tournament be held to decide the next hokage of the village in the meantime I leave Arashi as temporary hokage in my absence.

Concerning my fortune I donate its entirety to the Rain village in hopes that they can rebuild and remake that desecrated village. My scrolls are for the next Hokage. I will still administer the Hyuuga Blade clan. My final request is for everyone that has suffered on my account. I beg you to forgive me for I could not control it.
