(Yeah....dont think thats up to you and yes there is a teleportation jutsu unless in the anime Sasuke just summons up a bunch of leaves and teleports on to the final chunnin exam arena to fight Gaara and when Gaara teleports in the preliminaries. Oh and having a spell for everything is a little cheap.)
